We are very committed to the health and safety of residents, staff and guests at our Caravan Park and have been implementing social distancing best practices and current government regulations at all times. As the situation changes our practices do to, therefore as of today 25 March 2020 the amenities block and camp kitchen will be closed and we are encouraging
essential travel only as best practice.
Over the past few days and weeks, we have been monitoring the escalation of the COVID-19 coronavirus and trying to navigate an ever-changing travel and business environment. It has been our aim stay supportive to all, while also being understanding of changing needs as the restrictions have become ever more impactful.
Up until now we have been able to maintain a “business as usual” approach, with increased consideration for cleaning measures and spacing between guests, however the situation has now evolved beyond the point of normal or usual. States and the National body have announced stricter border controls, and both individuals and businesses are being asked to review what may be considered “essential”.
Due to the increased risk to our residents, staff, guests and the general community, we believe it would be irresponsible of us to continue to encourage guests to undertake non-essential travel at this time.
While this will no doubt have a significant impact on our business, we trust that with the support of our guests, our communities and our industry partners that we will not only get through this challenging time, but come out the other side stronger.
We are still committed to providing a service to our residents and at time’s there may be exceptions to other guests at managements discretion, inline with self contained essential travel visitors etc.
